The Khopra, trek is located away from the busier trails of Annapurna region but provides equally remarkable views of the snowcapped mountains. Another attraction of this trek is the holy Kaire Lake, which requires a little wandering away from the Khopra Ridge. We will have opportunity to visit a village weaving workshop and a cheese project. The high point of our trek is a visit to sacred Khayer Lake (4500m) surrounded with shrines, and with the peak of Annapurna towering above.
Khopra Trekking is very famous among those trekkers, who wish to walk off-the-beaten path in the Annapurna region of Nepal. Our trek itinerary allows trekkers to enjoy the magnificent views of towering mountains like Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre and other peaks, experience Rhododendron and Oak forest, waterfalls, wild animals and birds, rivers and pristine settlement of Gurung and Magar people and their sincere hospitality. In addition to this, the trip includes some of the major attractions of Kathmandu and Pokhara valley.
The trek can start from different sections like from Beni; the regular trail from Tadhapani and Tatopani .Our itinerary takes you through the less explored route which provides you the real taste of the village and ethnic cultures.
